Your I.H.O.C. (In-House Organizing Committee) needs your help. Team Members from all areas (Contract Workers, Office Staff, Production Areas, Skilled Trades and Team Leaders) are needed to assist us in our Organizing Efforts. If you are interested in joining the I.H.O.C., please email us.
A few questions to ask yourself:
- Does management resolve Team Member issues without conflict?
- Do you believe that opinion surveys, one on ones, and special communications give you a voice that management listens to?
- Has management protected your benefits, bonus’ and wages?
- Do you feel promotions that occur in your area are given to the most qualified person?
- Do you feel that TMMC has improved since our last expansion? (quality, health and safety, employee relations and management style)
- Gauge the morale in your area, and ask why it is at that level?
The IAM is here to encourage growth and resolve our issues, this will ensure that Team Members are a part of TMMC’s future success.
